We believe that you don’t have to stop living life the way you want to or leave your home of many years, just because you have reached a certain age. We have a real understanding of the needs of people in their later years and with our support and assistance you can continue to live independently in your home.

We will work with you to build a support package designed to provide as much or as little care support as you require. Our care workers can assist you with tasks such as morning and evening bedtime routines, bathing and dressing, light housework, laundry or help with preparing meals.

As your needs change with age we can adapt our services to provide you ongoing independence at home through additional support including medication prompts or short term support to help you settle back at home after a hospital stay or perhaps when you have been ill and need that extra support to aid your recovery.

We believe staying involved in your local community is central to your general health and well-being, so we can support you to do this in any number of ways, including accompanying you to attend religious services or social events, take part in activities you’re interested in, meet up with your family and friends, collect prescriptions or stay in touch with your loved ones by letter or email.
